Fla. Gov. Takes Workplace Drug Testing Fight To 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott on Friday continued his push to mandate widespread drug tests for state employees, telling the Eleventh Circuit that the tests are constitutional and workers are free to pass on the tests by declining the accompanying job.
