Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a jury win for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. in a case where a widow accused its drug Zometa of causing her husband's jaw disease, ruling that expert evidence was not improperly excluded.
