Former Dish Network Sales Rep Sues Over OT Pay

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 8:37 PM EDT) -- A former Dish Network LLC sales associate launched a proposed class action Friday accusing the satellite television provider of withholding overtime payments from sales associates working in its New Jersey call centers.

Elizabeth Frisari claims that sales associates employed in Dish's New Jersey call centers are forced to work off the clock and are generally prohibited from accurately recording their overtime hours, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New Jersey labor laws.
