Wal-Mart, Others Urge US To Keep Mexico Tomato Trade Deal

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has joined with business and agriculture industry groups to urge the U.S. Department of Commerce to keep in place a trade provision under which Mexican tomato importers agreed not to undercut prices of American tomato producers.
