Developers Illegally Reaped Brownfield Tax Credits: Mo. AG

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 7:12 PM EDT) -- The Missouri attorney general has lodged a lawsuit against a developer that allegedly raked in state tax credits for a brownfield redevelopment project that it never completed or properly remediated, according to a Friday statement.
