After Guilty Plea By Town Worker, Legal Fee Suit Is Revived

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 10:15 PM EDT) -- New Jersey state judge on Friday reinstated a suit challenging a town's policy of paying legal fees for employees under investigation for corruption, three days after a high-ranking municipal worker admitted he had subordinates perform  personal and political tasks while on the town clock.
