Texas AG Tells Enviro Agency It Can't Recoup $62M In Grants

Law360, Dallas (September 25, 2012, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The Texas attorney general on Monday told the state's environmental authority that government debt collection provisions don't give it the power to recoup $62 million in grant money given to projects that have reneged on their duties under an emissions reduction program.
