Ex-Holland & Knight Partner Owes Firm $183K For Bad Billing

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A former partner at Holland & Knight LLP who lost his long-running age discrimination lawsuit earlier this year was found liable for billing improprieties and was ordered to pay the firm nearly $183,000, a figure that could be doubled by substantial interest costs, attorneys said Friday.
