FHFA Unveils Ideas For New Mortgage Infrastructure

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The Federal Housing Finance Agency on Thursday released ideas for bringing a common mortgage securitization platform to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that can evolve with the rules for the home loan market and eventually reduce their presence there.
