9th Circ. Revives Enviro Challenge To Nev. Housing Project

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday revived a Nevada environmental group’s challenge to an 18-acre residential development project on the south shore of Lake Tahoe in Nevada that alleges the project increased its coverage more than local agency rules allow.
