FDA Warns Avon Over Wrinkle-Product Marketing

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 1:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said Tuesday that it has told Avon Products Inc. to review how it markets several of its anti-wrinkle creams and products on its website because it potentially violates the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
