Judge Throws Out Welding Fume Cases

Law360, New York (October 29, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed about 75 cases in the multidistrict welding fume litigation, adding to the pile of suits that have been discarded in the past year.

In an order filed Monday, Judge Kathleen McDonald O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio signed off on the request and stipulation to toss the cases.
