CMS Regs Would Cut Home Health Payments, Up Other Funding

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 9:02 PM EST) -- Medicare payments to home health care centers will be cut by $10 million while payment rates to hospital outpatient departments and ambulatory surgical centers will be boosted under final rules submitted to the Federal Register last week by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
