DC Circ. Mulls NLRB Authority In News Co., Worker Rift

Circuit panel on Thursday questioned the National Labor Relations Board's decision to uphold Santa Barbara News-Press employees' right to unionize during an editorial control fight with the publisher, noting the employment issues are inextricably linked with First Amendment issues that are outside the board's jurisdiction.
