Samsung Reaches Settlement In SanDisk Memory Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 2:51 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Friday resolved allegations raised by a proposed consumer class that it participated in a conspiracy with SanDisk Corp. and other technology giants to fix prices on flash memory through unlawful patent licensing deals and other misconduct, announcing a settlement agreement in California federal court.
