UPI Semiconductor Flouted Circuitry Import Order, ITC Says

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 4:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled Wednesday that uPI Semiconductor Corp. continued to import electronic circuitry products that infringe Richtek Technology Corp.'s patented technology, violating a previously reached consent order in which uPI agreed to stop the imports.
