Study Criticizing Android Apps Was Pretty Lame

It’s important first and foremost for end users, but also for companies that want their mobile apps to be considered safe by their customers and the public at large. Juniper Networks Inc.'s Mobile Threat Center recently issued a review of 1.7 million Android apps and has been widely trumpeted in the mainstream media and elsewhere as evidence that Android apps, in particular free apps, are a potential threat to end-user privacy and security.
