GVK Australian Mining Venture Lands Hauling Services Deal

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 7:35 PM EST) -- An Australian mining joint venture between Perth-based Hancock Coal Pty. Ltd. and India's GVK Power and have reached a memorandum of understanding with a local rail hauling firm to provide services for the venture's coal projects, including the $10 billion Alpha development, the companies said Tuesday.
