Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 6:21 PM EST) -- Private parties are not entitled to immediate review when a lower court denies their request for state action immunity from antitrust liability, the Tenth Circuit ruled Friday, dismissing an appeal by a company facing allegations it monopolized the housing market for students at the University of Colorado Denver.
