Ex-'Price is Right' Model Wants Bias Suit Revived

Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2013, 9:33 PM EST) -- Former "The Price is Right" model Shane Stirling didn’t have to be pregnant when she was fired in order to pursue a discrimination lawsuit against producers who were prejudiced against pregnant models, Stirling told a California appeals court Wednesday, arguing that her case should be revived.
