UK Helicopter Crash Suit To Proceed in Pa. Fed. Court

Law360, Philadelphia (January 11, 2013, 3:27 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Thursday that a product liability suit against a number of companies that designed, manufactured and sold a helicopter that crashed in England in 2009 can move forward, finding that the U.S. court is the appropriate venue for the suit.
