National Union Beats Seagate In $20M Coverage Feud

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 9:55 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday granted summary judgment to National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., in hard-drive maker Seagate Technology Inc.'s suit seeking $20 million more from the insurer to cover Seagate’s defense costs in a $1 billion patent battle.
