Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 3:40 PM EST) -- Two energy companies have wrongly dodged their contractual obligation to repay PJM Interconnection LLC $4.25 million that they were given based on a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission order that the regulator later reversed, according to a suit removed Monday to Delaware federal court.
