Authors Defend Class Cert. In Google Books Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 6:25 PM EST) -- Authors suing Google Inc. have urged the Second Circuit to affirm their class certification in their copyright suit over Google’s digitization of millions of books, arguing Friday that the search engine giant’s fair-use defense is a common issue for the group.
