Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 5:53 PM ET) -- Anderson Kill & Olick PC said Friday it has expanded its captive insurance business by adding a new office in Burlington, Vt., a state home to a large number of licensed captive insurers.
The firm, known primarily for representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, said the office will be headed by Marshall Gilinsky, a shareholder in the firm’s insurance recovery group. The office will focus primarily on insurance recovery, particularly on behalf of captive insurance firms in disputes with their reinsurance providers.
