Citi Wins Arbitration Of Debt Collection TCPA Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 7:26 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday granted a bid by Citi Holdings Inc. to compel arbitration in a putative class action brought by a trio of plaintiffs who allege the bank violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act through excessive cellphone debt collection calls.
