Deals Rumor Mill: AT&T, Hostess, CVC Capital

Sources told the newspaper that the telecommunications powerhouse is deciding whether to fork over $3.5 billion for a 25 percent stake in Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., the telecommunications arm of Reliance Industries Ltd. The conglomerate is controlled by magnate Mukesh Ambani, one of India's richest men.
