Reps. Seek To Close Fracking Pollution Loopholes

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 1:18 PM EDT) -- Two Democratic congressmen on Thursday introduced legislation they claimed would ensure that the hydraulic fracturing industry follows the same pollution rules as other industries, saying operators had unfairly benefited from loopholes in existing law.
