Cooley Defends Fees In Big M Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 1:10 PM EDT) -- Cooley LLP on Friday argued in support of its invoice of $215,000 for representing unsecured creditors in retailer Big M Inc.’s bankruptcy in New Jersey, saying the fees were justified given the substantial volume of work required in early proceedings.
