Silverfleet Capital To Pay $76M For Fund Servicing Firm

Law360, Los Angeles (April 8, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- European mid-market private equity firm Silverfleet Capital has agreed to buy fund administration and outsourcing services provider Ipes for £50 million ($76.3 million) from private equity investor RJD Partners, Silverfleet Capital announced Monday.

Silverfleet Capital says it plans to develop Ipes, which employs 130 people and administers more than $50 billion in assets in 230 funds from four European offices, organically and through acquisition with an emphasis on international expansion.
