Saudi Developer Plans $1.6B Malaysian Silicon Plant

Ltd , a Saudi Arabian developer, is planning a $1.6 billion silicon manufacturing plant in Malaysia and has tapped the National Bank of Abu Dhabi to secure funds, according to a Wednesday statement.
