Corinthian, E&Y Seek Sanctions Over Tossed FCA Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 10:35 PM EDT) -- Corinthian Colleges Inc. asked a California federal judge Thursday to impose attorneys' fees and sanctions on former college employees and their attorneys, alleging that they irresponsibly pursued a now-dismissed False Claims Act lawsuit against the college and Ernst & Young LLP knowing that it was unwarranted.
