High Court Poised To Shape Landscape For Retaliation Suits

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 10:48 PM EDT) -- With retaliation suits against employers on the rise, lawyers will be closely following arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday in an appeal that could limit employers' exposure in such cases by preventing employees from bringing mixed-motive claims for retaliation under Title VII.
