Sara Lee Defeats Distributors' Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (May 7, 2013, 9:48 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Monday threw out antitrust class action claims alleging Sara Lee Corp. engaged in price-fixing, finding that its agreements with distributors gave it the right to negotiate the prices of its baked goods with retailers.
