Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit ruled Wednesday that even when employers fail to explore whether they can provide employees reasonable disability accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act, employees who seek ADA protection are still required to show they can perform the job with an accommodation.
