Contractor Group Opposes Cybersecurity Research Nonprofit

Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 6:13 PM EDT) -- A contractor trade group said Thursday that it won't support the National Institute of Standards and Technology's plan to create a Federally Funded Research and Development Center for cybersecurity, saying the institute risks establishing a redundant organization that will unfairly benefit from noncompetitive research funding.
