Chevron Gas Pumpers Fight To Revive ZIP Code Privacy Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 21, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- Motorists who allege Chevron USA Inc. illegally required them to provide their ZIP codes when they paid for gas at the pump with a credit card urged a California appeals court Tuesday to revive their class action, saying their privacy rights trumped Chevron's fraud concerns.
