Sprint Shareholders Approve $21.6B SoftBank Takeover

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- Shareholders of Sprint Nextel Corp. on Tuesday overwhelmingly voted in favor of a $21.6 billion takeover by Japan's SoftBank Corp., leaving approval from the Federal Communications Commission as the only hurdle to completing the mammoth deal.
