Salesforce Drops $2.5B On Social Marketer ExactTarget

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 11:52 AM EDT) -- California-based software company Inc. has inked a deal to acquire marketing software maker ExactTarget for $2.5 billion, positioning the pair to tackle a seismic shift in companies' dependence on digital marketing, according to a statement Tuesday.
