Law360, Los Angeles (June 07, 2013, 4:06 PM ET) -- A California appellate court Thursday rejected a beauty pageant official's bid to toss a breach of contract lawsuit filed against her by the ex-lawyer of Miss California 2009, ruling free speech rights will not shield her from litigation if she broke a confidential deal by talking about the beauty queen's sex tape.
