Ameren Can't Transfer Ill. Pollution Waiver To Dynegy

Law360, Chicago (June 7, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Pollution Control Board on Thursday rejected Ameren Corp.'s bid to transfer its temporary exemptions from certain state pollution standards for five coal-fired electricity plants to the Dynegy Inc. subsidiary that is buying them, though both companies said they were still committed to completing the deal.
