HDT Sues To Enforce $7M Arbitration Award Over Acquisition

Law360, Wilmington (June 20, 2013, 8:55 PM ET) -- A unit of government contractor Hunter Defense Technologies Inc. filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the former owner of one of its subsidiaries to get him to pay a nearly $7 million arbitration award stemming from a lawsuit over its purchase.

HDT Tactical Power Inc. filed the suit in the Delaware Chancery Court against Louis Zak, who once owned PowerSystems International Inc., which Ohio-based HDT bought for about $40 million in 2005, according to court records.
