Sprint Can't Shake $300M FCA Tax Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (July 02, 2013, 3:19 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Monday largely denied Sprint Nextel Corp.'s bid to dismiss a $300 million suit against the company filed under the state's False Claims Act, finding the suit properly alleges that Sprint repeatedly engaged in fraudulent and illegal acts by dodging state taxes.
