National Envelope Signs Up Support For $68M DIP, Sale Plan

Law360, Wilmington (July 12, 2013, 7:27 PM ET) -- Private-equity owned NE Opco Inc., which does business as National Envelope, told a Delaware bankruptcy judge Friday it had reached a global settlement that paves the way for final approval of its $67.5 million debtor-in-possession financing and smooths its path toward a sale.

National Envelope attorney John H. Knight announced the agreement at a hearing in Wilmington, saying the deal negotiated between the debtors, the DIP lender and secured and unsecured creditors puts all the key parties on the same page.
