21st Century Stalled To Avoid Paying Claim: NJ Appeals Court

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 10:25 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Monday said 21st Century Insurance Corp. has to extend personal injury coverage to a customer who was erroneously paid by Geico, saying the insurance company used stall tactics until the customer’s right to file a claim expired.
