Miami Attys Hold Onto Win In Malicious Prosecution Case

Law360, Los Angeles (July 17, 2013, 10:18 PM ET) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday upheld a ruling that two Miami attorneys with Kenny Nachwalter PA were wrongly accused of malicious prosecution when they were retained in a battle between business partners, finding that the attorneys were protected by litigation privilege.
