NRC Cautions PSEG After 'Chilling' Retaliation Verdict

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 6:20 PM ET) -- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission warned a Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. unit on Friday that workers at its New Jersey nuclear plants might be frightened to report safety violations after a federal jury backed a contractor's employee who said he was fired for whistleblowing.
