Guess Stiffs Workers On Expenses, Breaks, Ex-Manager Says

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 1:17 PM EDT) -- A former assistant manager for Guess Inc. slapped the clothing retailer with a putative class action filed Friday in California state court alleging that she and other workers were not reimbursed for their business expenses and were regularly denied meal and rest breaks.
