Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- The private equity owners of online foreign exchange firm OzForex are plotting out an initial public offering that, at around $460 million, could clock in as Australia’s largest this year, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday. A sale could also be possible for the company, which is being advised through a dual-track process by California-based FT Partners.
