Google Wants In On ITC Probe Over Music-Sharing Patents

Law360, Los Angeles (July 29, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. on Thursday asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to allow it to intervene in an investigation of music-sharing patents allegedly infringed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and other electronics producers, saying certain proprietary Google products and services were named as infringing patent claims.
